La política desde la perspectiva del formalismo ético. Un análisis de las observaciones kantianas en torno a la relación entre política y moral en Hacia la paz perpetua

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze Roberto Torretti's reflections on Kantian ethical formalism in order to consider the possible advantages of adopting a formal perspective in the conception of politics. I will try to point out that, just as in the moral sphere the adoption of a formal perspective brings certain advantages, so also in the political sphere such a perspective allows the establishment of general principles oriented towards the harmonious coexistence of diverse interests and particular purposes, within a legal framework founded on the concept of law.
